When will I receive my request?


It depends on the shipping company chosen and the delivery manager. We provide a group of shipping managers based in major cities. It generally takes 1 to 3 days for the order to be confirmed.


Is there delivery outside the country?


Currently, the shipping companies we work with only deliver within the country and a few cities specified on the delivery page.


You can request delivery outside the country with the store team via WhatsApp by providing information on the product weight and rates for international freight forwarders not currently registered with the store.


What if the product is defective in manufacturing?


You must read the return policy to understand the conditions for returns and exchanges. In the event of a product defect, the agreed return is made, the company's shipping cost is calculated, and the freight is returned to the customer. As for the product cost, it is not calculated for the customer according to the return policy.


I would like to order a large quantity. Is there a discount?


The store offers a delivery service for large quantity orders, and there is a discount of between 10% and 20% on certain products. You can contact us directly via the contact page and inquire about quantities.
